Cooking Instructions for Frozen Dumplings
Boiled Dumplings
Total Cooking Time 10-15 minutes
1) Add frozen dumplings in a large pot of cold water, stir gently allowing dumplings to separate. Cover and bring to a vigorous boil.
2) Add roughly one cup of cold water and return to boil while covered. Repeat this step again.
3) The dumplings will be completely cooked and ready to be consumed when they float on the surface of the boiling water.
Pan-Fried Dumplings
Total Cooking Time 10-15 minutes
1) Under medium heat, carefully place frozen dumplings into frying pan containing 1/4 inch of oil. Put dumplings so they do not stack one on top another.
2) Add enough cold water to cover 2/3 the height of the dumplings. Cover and cook until the water evaporates.
3) Lower the fire and continue cooking until the bottom of the dumplings become golden brown. Remove from pan and serve.
